ATAC-Seq course at the University of Limoges 7-10 November 2022
BovReg project will organize an onsite laboratory course on: ATAC-Seq: data generation and bioinformatic analysis, to be hosted by Veronique Blanquet and her group at the University of Limoges, France. The course has been postponed to November, 7th – 10th 2022.
The program will consist of a half-day of online lectures (Monday, Nov 7th), one full day of wet-lab work (Nov 8th) and two days of bioinformatics analysis, together with a visit to the Limousin breed center on Wednesday. When registering, please be prepared to provide justification of your interest in the course (how will it benefit your work, and how is your work connected with the global FAANG initiative); and also your level of knowledge in bioinformatics. Twelve (12) participants will be selected by the organizing group to the onsite part of the course, participation to the first day (online) is not limited by number.
The registration will start in June, when also more details on the course schedule will be announced.
